This notice explains how ("we", "us") handles personal information on this public website, www.prodigi.cloud. It does not cover the Prodigi application itself. If you use the application as a customer, the Privacy Notice shown inside the application applies to that use.
1. What this website collects
This website is a set of static pages. It has no sign-in, no forms, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking technologies, and it sets no cookies. We do not build profiles of visitors.
Like every website, it cannot be delivered without your device sending technical information to the servers that host it: your IP address, the page requested, the date and time, and the browser and device details your browser sends. Our hosting provider, Amazon Web Services (AWS), processes this information on our behalf to deliver the pages and to protect the site against attacks and abuse. Security systems may keep a record of some requests for a short period for that purpose. We do not use this information to identify you.
2. When you contact us
The "Request a call or quote" button opens an email in your own email program. Nothing is sent until you choose to send it. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include, such as your name, company and phone number. We use it to answer you, to prepare a quote, and to keep a record of our business dealings with you. We keep this correspondence for as long as it is needed for those purposes or as the law requires.
3. Who we share information with
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We have not done either in the past twelve months. We disclose personal information only to service providers that host this website and our email, who act on our instructions, and where the law requires it or it is necessary to protect our rights or the safety of others.
4. Your choices and rights
You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you. Depending on where you live, including certain US states, the law may give you additional rights; we will honor a request that the law gives you the right to make, and we will not treat you differently for making one. This website and our email are operated from the United States. Prodigi is offered to businesses in the United States.

The "Customer login" link leads to the Prodigi application, which has its own Privacy Notice and Terms. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of any other site this website may link to.
8. Changes to this notice
If we change this notice, we will post the new version here. If we later add forms, analytics or cookies to this website, we will update this notice before they go live.
